10th Blog- Progress Check

  


    November 16, 2024, marked another step in our academic work. My classmates and I went to school for a consultation with our professor regarding the progress of our industry analysis report. This report has been a significant focus of our coursework, requiring collaboration and critical research. The session aimed to assess our progress and gather feedback to improve the quality of our work.

    During the consultation, we presented the current state of our project. At this stage, we had started to create a clearer structure and visualized the flow of our analysis. We focused on analyzing the HR department of Holy Cross of Mintal, and we had already identified some initial insights. Presenting our work in a structured manner allowed us to see our progress, even though we knew further improvements were necessary.

    Our professor provided constructive feedback on our progress. Furthermore, the session also allowed us to clarify questions and refine our approach. After the consultation, my classmates and I discussed implementing the professor’s suggestions. These included revisiting our research sources, conducting additional data collection, and re-evaluating our framework for the report. Although there was still a significant amount of work to be done, the session helped us clarify what to prioritize moving forward.

    Overall, the consultation on November 16, 2024, was a productive step in the process of completing our industry analysis report. It highlighted the importance of seeking feedback and continuously improving based on input from others. With a clearer understanding of our next steps, we are better prepared to enhance the quality of our analysis and achieve the project's objectives.

     August 31 was a significant day for me, as I woke up early once more, ready to return to school. But this time, it wasn't for an undergraduate course. This time, I was returning as a graduate student, and honestly, the day was filled with mixed feelings.
